Father's Day Weekend 2013

Matt wanted nothing more this Father's Day than a weekend with his family, and we wanted nothing less than to shower him with love. He pours his heart and soul into being a husband and father. He gives of himself so unselfishly always putting the wants, needs and desires of ours before his own. He is amazing in every way and deserves to be celebrated every day and most of all on Father's Day!

Friday evenings in the summer, the Reid Park Zoo offers evenings hours so families can beat the heat! Not only did we enjoy cooler temps, but the animals were both active and quite entertaining!
Saturday morning was spent treasure hunting where Caleb scored a great set of building blocks at a garage sale!

Nothing says, " I love you Daddy!", quite like the sound of uncontrollable laughter and the immense joy expressed on the face of an adoring son.

Old Town Scottsdale

The dust had settled. The whirlwind that had blown into our lives had passed. It was time to reconnect as a family and celebrate the numerous blessings in our lives. We found a remarkable deal in Old Town Scottsdale, and decided to take advantage of it! We spent a long weekend discovering Old Town and marveling at God's handiwork all throughout the surrounding area. We rested. We played. We came home rejuvenated!
